I came to Alternatives because even though I knew a fair amount about what foods I wanted to sell and what a delivery model might look like, I had NO idea how to run a business. I'd heard about Alternatives "Getting Down to Business" class and was excited at the possibility of getting practical information about business ownership from a community credit union. After sitting down with Michell Matro, who talked with me about my ideas, I was committed to making Alternatives my credit union. Michelle was an amazing help. Even though she'd never helped build a delivery service before, she knew the right questions to ask.
