Holly Adams, a member since 1994, heard about Individual Development Accounts, but it wasn't until federal art cutbacks affected her work that she started asking questions and opened an IDA. She believes the time she put into the IDA classes, and her commitment to saving, has changed her work-life. "The IDA program is really amazing.
