Quick drop
Just making a deposit, loan payment, or transfer and don’t require a receipt? Use our quick drop locations at the head of the teller line and in the Drive-Thru. Your transaction will be posted that day (or the next business day if you drop it after hours in the Drive-Thru).
Phone Access
Check your balance, review transaction history, transfer funds, or make loan payments — any time, day or night — right from your phone.
How to get started
If you’ve used our phone banking system before, your PIN stays the same. New to Phone Access? Just call Member Services and we’ll set you up with a PIN.
- Call (607) 330-3013 for Phone Teller.
- Follow the prompts and select what you’d like to do.
- Choose your account type. If you have more than one of the same type (for example, two savings accounts), you can request a list to hear each account ID and current balance.
Locked out?
For your security, Phone Teller will freeze after five incorrect PIN attempts. Just call Member Services and we’ll get you back in.
