Financing that supports your authentic self.
Gender-affirming care can mean different things to different people, and so can the costs that come with it. Surgery, hormones, travel, clothing, voice training, updating documents and other expenses can add up.
That’s one reason we created TransAction.
How TransAction started
Alternatives created the TransAction Financial Empowerment Program with Planned Parenthood of Greater New York to help address a barrier to gender-affirming care: paying for it.
TransAction offers qualified borrowers a special reduced interest rate for gender-affirming expenses.
That’s what fair and inclusive financing looks like to us.
