How to enroll:

The enrollment process is the same for both desktop and mobile devices, with one exception –

For desktop enrollment go to and click the secure Online Banking button located at the top right corner of the home page, then click First time user? Enroll now.

For mobile banking enrollment, download the Alternatives FCU Mobile Banking app available in the Apple AppStore and Google Play Store. Click First time user? Enroll now.

Enter your Social Security Number (SSN), or EIN for business and non-personal account types, member number, email address and phone number we have on file for you. Click Next.

Protect your account with 2-step verification. Click Get Started.

  · Choose your verification method— voice or text message.

  · Enter the phone number we have on file. Click Next.

  · Choose how you want to receive your verification code, either by text or phone call. Click Send Code. (If the phone number is not a mobile number, you must choose phone call.)

  · A verification code will be sent via text or phone call, enter the

  code. Click Verify.

  · Verification set up is complete. Click Continue.

Create a username and password.

  · Click Show Rules and review the requirements before creating your username and password

You will use the same username and password to log in to both Online and Mobile Banking.
