We ask that you please fill out the information no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival.
Limited lobby hours
For those who cannot complete transactions in the Drive-thru or Walk-up Teller, we have limited lobby hours for transactional services:
- Monday-Friday, 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
What you can expect when coming to the branch:
You will be met by a staff greeter who will check your ID to help with our identification process. The greeter is also responsible for monitoring the allotted number of people inside the building.
You must wear, at a minimum, a cloth face covering over your nose and mouth. Exceptions exist for those with medical conditions and children under the age of 2.
Hand sanitizer will be available.
There will be floor markers to help with social distancing in the lobby as well as on the sidewalk leading into the building.
Plexiglas barriers are at each teller station as well as the front desk.
What we’re doing:
Our building is professionally cleaned and uses CDC recommended cleaning products.
Each business day we close at 1:00pm for sanitizing and reopen at 2:00pm.
We are following and will continue to follow all guidelines put forth in accordance with the appropriate Phase we are in.
Staff will continue to support you via telephone and online.
Online and mobile banking are available to check balances, make transfers, deposit checks, pay bills, and send secure messages regarding your account.
We will continue to look for innovative ways to serve and support you during this changing climate.
We will continue to clearly communicate to you when changes are happening at the branch regarding hours and services.

If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or body aches, please stay home. Health and safety first!
