Business accounts function just like your personal accounts — you will have a saving suffix (share) with a minimum of $5, and if you choose, a checking suffix (Share Draft), belonging to the same account number, and other suffixes as needed. Additional accounts are also available, depending on the business structure.

*All individuals on the account must have a social security number; a current government issued photo ID and proof of address. Proof of business address must be presented at account opening. Depending on the type of business, other documents that may be needed may include: Operating Agreement, Partnership Agreement, Articles of Organization (LLC), Articles of Incorporation (INC) NYS filing receipt for articles, etc.
